All sales are final as products are digital and delivered instantly.

No cancellation is possible once payment is completed.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate payment made due to technical error.

Payment processed but report not received (even after checking spam/junk folder).

The file sent is corrupted or inaccessible (we will first attempt to resend).
